KW-4A SPIN COATER
A compact and
easy-to-use spin coater, the KW-4A is designed for precise and uniform
deposition of thin films and coatings. It is rugged, vibration-free, and
portable. It is a low cost, efficient, reliable, and versatile tool for research
facilities. Its' two-stage spin process allows dispensing at low speeds and the
homogenizing of the coating at high speeds. The KW-4A
spin coater is useful for
the deposition of thin metal oxide films, polymer coatings, and metal organic thin films.
DipMaster DIP-COATERS
High Quality, precision dip coating systems that are available in three
basic models or in custom adaptations based on application requirements.
DipMaster 200 :Accommodates substrates up to a size of 12" x 12",
with a withdrawal speed range of 0.5" to 4.0"/per minute. It has a maximum
thermal oven temperature of 450 degrees Centigrade with programmable temperature control.
DipMaster
201: Accommodates
substrates up to 12" x 12", with a withdrawal speed range of 0.5" to
4.0" per minute. It has a manual temperature control with a maximum infrared oven temperature of 80 degrees Centigrade. There is
an adjustable withdrawal distance, in a Controlled Environment. Some of the options
available are computer interfacing, and dip-tanks with controlled temperatures.
DipMaster 201- 2T: Has all the inherent features of the DipMaster 201
with some additional functions installed. It is a two-tank system with the second
tank performing the function of a cleaning tank. Therefore, you can clean and dip
coat your substrate in the same chamber, eliminating any exposure to contaminants by
exposing the substrate to the outside environment. This unit also has a digital LED linear
speed readout for substrate dip and withdrawal.
